This policy explains what Arvan Fintech collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the control you retain over it. It applies to arvanfintech.com and to the Arvan trading platform.
Account information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company and billing details.
Platform data generated as you use Arvan: strategies, backtests, orders routed through connected brokers, and workspace activity logs.
Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address and session timestamps, collected to secure your account.
To operate the platform, execute the automations you configure, and provide support.
To secure accounts, detect abuse, and maintain the audit records required of a financial technology provider.
To send service notices and, where you have opted in, product updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Arvan connects to brokers through official APIs using revocable, token-based access. We never take custody of your funds.
Tokens are stored in hardware-backed key vaults and can be revoked by you at any moment from your broker or from your Arvan workspace.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with processors that host, secure or bill for the service, each under contract.
We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a supervisory authority.
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation, and deleted or anonymised afterwards.
You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time by writing to our privacy team.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is limited by role and logged immutably.
We run continuous monitoring, regular penetration testing and an internal incident response process.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing.
Requests are answered within thirty days. Contact privacy@arvanfintech.com to exercise these rights.
Material changes are announced in the product and by email at least fourteen days before they take effect.
